Terms of use

Goweb, as publisher of the OnlyU SaaS solution, is committed to offering a secure platform for the transmission of secret data (passwords, short sentences, codes). These terms of use cover the following points:

Nature of confidentiality

Data transmitted via OnlyU is encrypted on our servers using the SHA-256 algorithm. A unique encryption key is randomly generated for each secret.

The user can increase security by adding a paraphrase which is not saved on our servers. The responsibility for communicating this paraphrase to the recipient lies solely with the user.

Sensitive data (e.g. secret content, encryption keys or paraphrases) is never saved by OnlyU beyond its operational use. After consultation, the secret and the encryption key are immediately destroyed. The recipient, however, retains the right to immediate deletion, regardless of the number of intended uses.

User right of use

The user undertakes to use OnlyU in a good manner and refrains from any use that could harm the security or property of third parties.

In all circumstances, the user remains solely responsible for the content of the data transmitted. OnlyU refrains from any analysis or exploitation of the data transmitted.

OnlyU Commitment

OnlyU cannot be held responsible for the nature of the messages transmitted, this being the exclusive responsibility of the sender.

OnlyU cannot be held responsible for non-transmission of messages.

OnlyU puts in place all reasonable measures to ensure the transmission and security of messages, but does not guarantee the total absence of technical breakdowns, security breaches or unforeseen incidents.

These logs are retained for security and legal compliance purposes only. For security reasons, full log details are not communicated.

Communication to competent authorities

Information from logs may be transmitted upon official request from the competent authorities, in accordance with current legislation.
